We have summarized our range for material, outer diameter, length, lot size and accuracy as machining diameters by machine and a quick-reference table. We also take on parts over φ600, and parts our own equipment cannot handle, by sharing the work with our group companies.

Capability chart
The chart plots the OD range of each machine on a log scale, and the table sets out conditions for material, lot size and processes. Our own factory covers φ5–φ600. For larger parts, and for parts we cannot make in-house, we share the work with our group companies to widen our range. Solid lines show confirmed ranges; two-dot chain lines show ranges to discuss.

Machining diameters are taken from our machines' specifications. The VTC 200 machining center (machining size 10–900mm) is not a lathe, so it is not shown on this scale. Diameters over φ600 are handled by our group companies (please ask us; it depends on size and shape).
