    Tell us about the part, its material, the quantity and the delivery date you need, by form or phone. A member of our team will get back to you within one to two days and explain how to send your drawings.

  2. 2Technical review and quotation

    We work out the machining method and process, then send you a quote. If your part starts as a casting, our group handles everything from making the material onward.

    Prototypes from 3 days

  3. 3Prototype and first-article check

    We review the drawing and choose the best machines for the job. The first piece goes through our full in-house process as a first article and ships after final inspection.

  4. 4Mass production and delivery

    Parts ship after 100% or sampling inspection. Key parts are 100% inspected.

FAQ

QCan I order just one piece?
A

Yes. We accept rush prototypes and one-offs from a single piece.

QAfter the prototype, can the same factory handle mass production?
A

Yes. We handle mass production in lots of several thousand to tens of thousands. There is no need to change suppliers when you move from prototype to production.

QCan you handle everything from the casting onward?
A

Our group company Ueda Metal Works makes castings in copper alloy, stainless steel and cast iron, so we handle the whole job, from making the material to machining. You can ask for a quote through any company in the group.

QWhat quantities can you handle?
A

The factory as a whole produces about 600,000 pieces a month, mainly bearing components. For specific quantities, please contact us with your drawing.

QHow do I send my drawings?
A

Our form does not accept file uploads. After you contact us, a member of our team will get back to you within one to two days and explain how to send your drawings.
