Precision turning of round parts across four areas.

Bearing components are our core business, alongside industrial machine parts, robot-automated mass production and prototypes from a single piece. For round parts from φ5 to φ600 mm in outer diameter, one drawing is enough to get started.

Bearing components are our core business.

Bearing parts

Thrust ball bearings, spherical roller thrust bearings, angular contact ball bearings and ball screw support bearings: we turn components for these four bearing types. We also turn outer rings for cylindrical roller, tapered roller, self-aligning ball and spherical roller bearings.

Bearing components, which govern rotational accuracy, are our core business. They also make up most of our factory-wide output of about 600,000 pieces a month. Thrust washers are mass-produced on lines of single-purpose lathes.

Industrial parts

Bushings for presses and construction machinery, machine tool parts, hydraulic parts, and pump and valve parts. We turn round parts for industrial machinery in the same factory as our bearing components.

We machine round parts in copper alloy, stainless steel and castings. Castings can be made by our group company Ueda Metal Works, so you can order everything from material to machining in one place. Large-diameter parts are covered by our MEGA TURN 600 vertical NC lathe (φ100–φ600). Parts over φ600 are handled by our group companies.

Prototype: one-offs, rush

We take rush prototypes and machine parts for other industries from a single piece. When you move from prototype to mass production, the same factory carries on.

Our precision machining group includes Mazak QUICK TURN NC lathes (φ10–φ240) and the MEGA TURN 600 vertical NC lathe (φ100–φ600). When you move to mass production, there is no need to change suppliers.

Casting to machining

Our group company Ueda Metal Works makes the castings; Hayahoshiseiko machines and inspects them. From making the material to machining, the group handles everything in one flow.

Co Creation: group contact and procurement

Co Creation

Reaching beyond the process chart through procurement.

Co Creation is a manufacturer with trading-company functions. It sources from production sites in Japan and abroad, covering products that Ueda Metal Works and Hayahoshiseiko cannot make as well as those they can. From patterns, 3D data and casting design to arranging surface treatment, one point of contact handles it all.

Process chart symbols follow JIS Z 8206. Any company in the group can take your quote request.

Capability chart

The chart lines up the outer diameter range of each machine on a logarithmic scale, and the table sets out conditions for material, lot size and process. Our own factory covers φ5 to φ600. For larger parts, or parts we cannot make in-house, we share the work with our group companies to widen our range. Solid lines are confirmed ranges; two-dot chain lines are ranges to discuss.
